Numb

Formed in 1994, Numb are Raoul, Bud, Jase & Pete. The band were a regular feature on the London and south of England gigging scene and enjoyed good support from a group of enthusiastic fun seekers. The band were managed by Rob Ferguson (Matt Goss, Five Finger Death Punch, Quireboys, etc), and later featured the keyboard skills of Grammy nominated Adam Wakeman (Ozzy Osbourne, Black Sabbath, Annie Lennox, Travis, the Company of Snakes, Strawbs, Will Young, Victoria Beckham, Atomic Kitten, Martin Barre and Deep Purple).

The digital version of Numb’s album Intercity Mars is now available from all major streaming sites. The original version of the album is available on CD from Numb’s Bandcamp page.

Numb’s music encapsulated everything good about the mid to late 90’s British music scene – big guitars, catchy melodies, storytelling, danceability with a good dash of irreverent humour mixed in. Obvious influences are Blur, Supergrass & Pulp, less obvious influences are The Stone Roses, Charlatans, Pearl Jam, Pixies and Dinosaur Jr.
